The problem
An epoxy-driveway installer sells a visual outcome — but customers have to imagine it. “Trust me, it’ll look great” is a weak close. He wanted customers to see their own driveway finished, before buying.
The build
A customer-facing AI visualizer: upload a photo of your concrete or driveway, pick an epoxy color, and get back a rendering of the finished result.
Why image-to-image AI instead of a color overlay: a flat color swap looks fake; the AI rendering keeps the photo’s lighting, texture, and perspective, so the result reads as your driveway, not a paint bucket tool.
Why it lives on the client’s domain: because it’s the client’s product. Delivered, owned, integrated into his business — the external domain is the proof that this was a handoff, not a hosted demo.
The method beat
Delivery: a client-facing product, finished and running on the client’s own infrastructure. You own everything isn’t a slogan — it’s the handoff model.
