Terms of Service

Last updated: June 9, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the yourproject.ai website and the products and services offered through it (the "Services"), operated by YourProject.ai ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the site or purchasing any Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. The Services

Our Services include:

  • Digital products — educational guides delivered electronically (e.g., the Guide).
  • Community membership — access to our private community for builders.
  • Build Blueprint — a paid, written planning deliverable for your software project.
  • Dev Sprint — a fixed-price, fixed-duration software development engagement.
  • Run Plan — a monthly subscription for hosting management and maintenance of software we built or reviewed.

The specific scope, price, and timeline of each Service are stated on its page at the time of purchase or in a written agreement we provide before work begins.

2. Payments, Credits, and Refunds

Prices are flat and stated before purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Unless otherwise stated in writing: digital products and community memberships are non-refundable once delivered or accessed; the Build Blueprint fee is non-refundable once the deliverable is provided, but credits in full toward a Dev Sprint booked within 60 days of delivery; Dev Sprint payments are due before the sprint begins; Run Plan subscriptions renew monthly and can be canceled anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. Unused monthly service hours do not roll over.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, respond to reasonable requests needed to deliver the Services, and ensure you have the rights to any materials, accounts, or content you give us to work with. For development engagements, you are responsible for the costs of third-party services in your name (hosting, domains, APIs, payment processing) unless agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Intellectual Property and Ownership

For Dev Sprint and similar build engagements: upon full payment, you own the application code we deliver, including the repository it lives in. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, processes, and know-how, and grant you a perpetual license to any of those embedded in your deliverable. We may identify you and the project as a case study only with your permission.

For digital products and community content: we own (or license) all content. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to use it. You may not resell, redistribute, or share access.

5. Community Conduct

Community access requires respectful behavior. We may remove any member for harassment, spam, solicitation, or sharing paid content outside the community. Removal for cause does not entitle a member to a refund.

6. No Guarantees of Outcome

We promise professional, good-faith work — not business results. We make no guarantees about revenue, user growth, app-store approval, search rankings, or any other outcome of using the Services, except where a specific written guarantee accompanies an offer.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Educational content is provided for informational purposes and is not legal, financial, or professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

9. Termination

We may suspend or end access to the Services for breach of these Terms. Sections 4, 6, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept them.
