I built YourProject.ai because good ideas kept dying at 80% done — not because they weren't good, but because turning an AI-built prototype into a real, secure, owned product takes engineering experience most founders don't have.
I've spent my career doing every IT role there is — FinOps, DevOps, cloud automation, security, QA, programming, and leadership. I've built systems, managed infrastructure, and shipped code across the full stack.
When AI coding tools hit, I was already deep in the weeds. I watched non-technical founders build real apps in an afternoon — things that would have taken a development team weeks. It changed everything.
But then came the wall. The prototype worked in a preview window. Making it a real product was a different conversation — security, auth, payments, data, ownership. The hard 20% nobody warns you about.
